T-Shirt
- Fabric: Cotton is the most common material for t-shirts, offering breathability and comfort. However, cotton can wrinkle and shrink. Polyester and synthetic blends offer wrinkle resistance, moisture-wicking properties (for athletic wear), but may not be as breathable. Other options include linen (lightweight and summery) and rayon (soft and drapes well).
- Weight: T-shirt fabric weight is usually measured in grams per square meter (gsm). Lightweight fabrics (around 140-160 gsm) are ideal for hot weather, while heavier fabrics (180-220 gsm) offer more structure and warmth.
- Classic fit: The most common silhouette, offering a relaxed fit through the chest and shoulders.
- Slim fit: A more tailored look that skims the body.
- Oversized fit: A baggy and loose style that's popular for a casual look.
